"Chicago Math"

(Or, in the President's case...unused!)

In light of President Obama telling us he was going to reduce our insurance premiums "3000 per cent", I would like to coin a new term: "Chicago Math".
President Obama was not exaggerating, he was simply using the same calculus by which votes are tabulated in Chicago!

Seems like there are more than a couple "Chicago Math addicts" in this administration!
